What happens if something changes while I’m traveling?
Luxury is subjective. I specialize in intentional luxury, meaning every recommendation prioritizes exceptional value, personalized service, and memorable experiences. Do you only book luxury travel?
Absolutely. Many of my clients have planned their own vacations for years. They choose to work with me because their time is valuable, and they appreciate having an expert who simplifies the process, provides trusted recommendations, and creates experiences they may not have discovered on their own.
Can I plan the trip myself?
My planning fee reflects the time, expertise, industry relationships, and personalized attention that go into designing your experience. Rather than simply booking travel, I research, curate, coordinate, and advocate on your behalf so every recommendation is tailored specifically to you.
Why do you charge a planning fee?
We can talk through your options on your complimentary consultation call, so I can guide you to your best service fit. You can also always upgrade your service package if you decide you need more assistance once we begin planning together.
I’m not sure which service is right for me—how can I tell?
The sooner, the better—especially for bucket-list trips, multi-destination journeys, and group getaways. I recommend reaching out at least 6-8 months in advance for these types of travel experiences that require an intense level of coordination.
Don’t have that kind of time? No worries; reach out and see how I can help. I offer a rush service of $125 extra for travel within one month, or $175 for travel within 15 days (does not apply to my KP Select service).
How soon should I reach out to begin planning a trip?
I can definitely help! I know some group trips and family reunion-style travel experiences bring together many travelers—and I’m here to take care of the complicated group logistics and lock in the best rates for your large group. My fee for each traveler beyond the initial 20 is $25/person.
