Once you take care of the trip planning fee, I will get started on the most-time consuming part: working with my exclusive travel partners to curate your custom itinerary. I’ll share your initial proposal with you, gather your feedback, and incorporate it into the final version so it reflects everything you want out of your journey.

Once you complete my brief trip inquiry form, I’ll reach out to arrange your complimentary consultation call. I’ll use this call to cover the basics like your preferred destination, timeline, and budget—and then dig much deeper to collect the details I’ll need to truly personalize every aspect of your itinerary.

The hard part is done. Now all you have to do is show up. You’ll have access to your full itinerary and important travel documents via a mobile app. Plus, you’ll have my contact info–and numbers for my in-country partners—if you need any assistance while you travel. I’ll check back in when you return to make sure your trip exceeded every expectation.
STEP 4
Once your itinerary is finalized, I work behind the scenes to secure your travel bookings and manage trip deposits for you. As your departure date gets closer, I’ll also make sure you’re fully prepared with information on destination entry requirements, important trip reminders, and swift responses to all of your questions.
